•Content management for web and online store in everyday work
• Keep online store up to date, in close cooperation with other team members but also the product shelves, maintenance,and others
• Maximize the number of leads from the web
• Implement the online store within the web setup and continually improve the entire web infrastructure
Required Skills
•Three years experience in operating online store
•Ability to develop and maintain Online store processes and manual processes
•Integration to marketing campaigns and owned channels
•Gathers appropriate information (images, etc.) from teams to execute promotional plans
•Ability to deal with customer issues, including pre-sales, after-sales and proper handling of various disputes.
